'A Gentle Wind'
by

On the face of it Leo Gannesh has everything - a successful London
model agency, a comfortable life-style surrounded by the more conspicuous
trappings of excess and a magnificent 15th century farmhouse in
leafy Surrey. Surely everything a sixty year old man could want,
including a beautiful, younger wife, former fashion model Angie
Newton?
But something is missing and as the 'swinging sixties' fade into
history he begins to feel out of step with the rest of the world
- until the fateful summer evening when his life is turned upside
down by the unexpected arrival of the enigmatic Caroline Blanchard.

 |
In just two brief clandestine meetings Caroline helps to put Leo's life
sharply back into focus and presents him with a glimpse of new and exciting
possibilities.
A relationship blossoms between kindred spirits from different generations
but, as Leo slowly discovers the truth about Caroline's past and her somewhat
radical plans for their future together, it becomes clear that her links
with the farmhouse are more than mere coincidence, her meeting with Leo
no simple accident of fate. Soul mates out of step with time must confront
a stark reality.
